Mini-Circuits D19GA+ is an MMIC directional coupler designed for applications in the 1400 to 1700 MHz range. This model delivers excellent power handling of up to 4W in a miniature package (3.1×3.0×1.6 mm). The built-in 50Ω termination at the isolation port simplifies circuit design and reduces component count.
