MHC0410L03 is a low-cost, high-performance 3 dB hybrid coupler in an easy-to-use SMT package. The device is suitable for Doherty power amplifiers, circularly polarized antennas, and other applications requiring low insertion loss and tight amplitude and phase balance. MHC0410L03 is fabricated using ceramic-filled PTFE composite material, offering excellent electrical and mechanical stability. All components are 100% RF tested.
