Introduction

The antenna features an ultra-thin flexible polymer substrate design with a rectangular form factor and cable connection for easy installation. It radiates effectively across various plastic materials and thicknesses, with the test baseline using 2mm thick ABS plastic mounting. With industry-leading efficiency (exceeding 40%) in both low and high frequency bands, it is the ideal choice when internal device space is insufficient to accommodate on-board SMT cellular antennas. The antenna is mounted using automotive-grade 3M 467MP adhesive for excellent reliability. The FXP14 antenna incorporates its own ground plane, eliminating the need for connection to the device's mainboard ground plane while achieving improved radiation efficiency.
