Introduction

Laird's premium directional Yagi antennas feature a full gold anodized finish for corrosion resistance. All UHF and higher frequency antennas incorporate internal matching to ensure wide bandwidth and resistance to harsh weather conditions — eliminating gamma matches that are prone to icing, corrosion, and detuning. Our engineering team has optimized forward gain across the product line through computer analysis, with each unit field-tested to confirm compliance with specifications. All UHF and higher frequency antennas feature 360° solder joints around each element and an N-type connector feed port at the end of the antenna boom, with a built-in transmission line feeding the active element. This ensures optimal power matching and minimum VSWR. All Yagi antennas come with a high-quality die-cast aluminum mounting kit, including stainless steel hardware that allows vertical or horizontal positioning during installation (VHF models require simple assembly).
