Introduction

This ultra-high frequency mobile omnidirectional antenna, requiring no ground plane, is ideal for multi-point mobile applications including service vehicles, public transit, public safety, mining and construction vehicles, as well as many other commercial and industrial applications requiring mobility and wide coverage. The antenna features a flexible polymer spring base. Unlike traditional metal spring bases, the polymer spring is corrosion-resistant and generates no electrical noise when flexed during use. It features a standard TAD/NMO Motorola-style mobile mount.
