Introduction
The WLA.10 is a dual-band 2.4GHz/5.8GHz Wi-Fi ceramic substrate loop antenna featuring a miniature SMT design, suitable for handheld devices and other applications where PCB space is limited. The antenna uses the host PCB as its ground plane, maintaining good efficiency while keeping a compact form factor. Its efficiency is highly stable across the full bandwidth of both the low and high frequency bands, enabling maximum data throughput on all available channels. The WLA.10 can be tuned for different PCB sizes or environments by simply changing the values of the matching circuit. Multiple WLA.10 antennas can be easily integrated on a board to achieve excellent MIMO throughput performance. At 3.2mm×1.6mm×0.5mm, it is one of the smallest antennas on the market. The antenna is delivered in tape and reel form.
