Introduction

HMC752LC4 is a GaAs MMIC low noise wideband amplifier housed in a leadless 4x4 mm ceramic surface mount package. The amplifier operates over a frequency range of 24 to 28 GHz, providing up to 25 dB small signal gain, 2.5 dB noise figure, and +26 dBm output IP3, requiring only +3V supply at 70 mA. The P1dB output power of up to +13 dBm enables its use as an LO driver for balanced mixers, I/Q or image reject mixers. The HMC752LC4 also features DC-blocked, internally matched 50-ohm input and output ports, making it ideal for high-capacity microwave radio or VSAT applications.
