Introduction

TRF37x32 is a wideband dual-channel down-converting mixer with an integrated IF amplifier. The device employs integrated balun transformers for single-ended RF and LO inputs. The IF amplifier operates from 30MHz to 600MHz in an open-collector topology, supporting a wide range of IF frequencies and bandwidths. The TRF37x32 delivers excellent mixer linearity and noise performance, along with high inter-channel isolation, making it suitable for diverse applications. The device features low power consumption and offers a low-power mode option for power-sensitive applications. Each channel can be individually powered down with fast response, making it well-suited for TDD applications.
