Introduction

An ultra-wideband LNA featuring excellent gain flatness and outstanding linearity. This LNA, housed in a compact 2×2 mm 8-pin DFN package, is designed for FDD and TDD 2G/3G/4G LTE small cell base stations operating over a frequency range of 200~3800 MHz. An internal active bias circuit ensures stable performance across temperature and process variations. The device supports external adjustment of supply current.
