Introduction
The PSA-5451+ is a monolithic amplifier featuring ultra-wideband, high dynamic range, low noise, high IP3, and high output power, based on E-PHEMT technology. The E-PHEMT process enables operation from a single positive supply voltage. Operating from 50 MHz to 4 GHz, its unique combination of low noise and high IP3 makes it ideal for sensitive receiver applications. It draws only 30 mA at 3 V supply and is internally matched to 50 ohms.
