Introduction

The A32 RF amplifier uses a discrete hybrid design with thin-film fabrication processes to achieve precise performance and high reliability. This single-stage GaAs FET feedback amplifier design exhibits impressive performance characteristics over a wide frequency range. RF chokes are used for DC power supply decoupling.
