Introduction
The A88-1 RF amplifier is a discrete thin-film hybrid design, utilizing thin-film manufacturing processes to ensure accurate performance and high reliability. This single-stage bipolar transistor feedback amplifier delivers excellent performance across a wideband frequency range. Temperature-stable performance is achieved using an active DC bias network, with RF chokes employed for power supply decoupling. Both TO-8 and surface mount packages are hermetically sealed and provide MIL-STD-883 environmental screening.
