Introduction

MPGA-152+ (RoHS compliant) is an advanced wideband dual amplifier fabricated using E-PHEMT technology, delivering an extremely high dynamic range over a wide frequency range with low noise figure and flat gain. In addition, in the recommended application circuit, the MPGA-152+ exhibits excellent input and output return loss over a wide frequency range. It is housed in a 4×4mm, 24-pin MCLP package with good thermal performance.
