Introduction

F0453C is a dual-path RF front-end integrating an RF switch and two gain stages with 6dB gain control, designed for analog front-end receivers in active antenna systems (AAS). The F0453C supports frequencies from 3300MHz to 4000MHz. At 3500MHz, the F0453C provides 35dB gain, OIP3 of +23dBm, output P1dB of +15dBm, and a noise figure of 1.35dB. Gain can be reduced in a single 6dB step, with a maximum gain settling time of 31ns. The device operates from a single 3.3V supply with IDD of 130mA. The F0453C is offered in a 32-pin LGA package measuring 6×6×0.75mm, with input and output amplifier impedance of 50Ω for easy integration into the signal path.
