The amplifier features a 2 dB positive gain slope with 18 dB typical gain, 2 dB noise figure, 19 dBm output power at the 1 dB gain compression point, and 29 dBm output third-order intercept point at 10 GHz. The MMA042AA amplifier's RF input/output ports are internally matched to 50 ohms for easy integration into MCMs.
