Introduction

BGA728L7 is a low-power, low-noise amplifier MMIC designed for portable and mobile TV applications, covering the VHF III, UHF, and L-band. Its low-gain mode offers higher linearity, enabling the amplifier to operate at lower current consumption than conventional TV LNAs. The amplifier is based on Infineon Technologies' cost-effective B7HFM SiGe process and housed in a thin, leadless green package.
