Introduction

MNA-4W+ is a PHEMT-based wideband MMIC amplifier with high active directivity. The device integrates a complete matching network and most of the bias circuitry, minimizing the need for complex external components. This design makes it extremely easy to use. It operates from a single supply of 2.8~5V, is well matched to 50Ω, and comes in a compact, low-profile 3×3mm 8-pin MCLP package suitable for high-density PCB layouts.
