Introduction

GVA-92+ is an advanced wideband amplifier fabricated using GaAs HBT technology. It delivers high gain, excellent output power, and high power-added efficiency across the application frequency band. Application circuits can also be developed to achieve performance significantly beyond the specified operating frequency range. The device is offered in an SOT-89 package, with consistent lot-to-lot performance and excellent thermal characteristics.
