Introduction

GALI-24+ is a RoHS-compliant broadband amplifier offering high dynamic range. It features consistent lot-to-lot performance in a SOT-89 package. The device employs a patented transient-protected Darlington configuration and is manufactured using InGaP HBT technology. At a case temperature of 85°C, the expected mean time to failure is 3,000 years. The GALI-24+ is ruggedized to withstand ESD and power turn-on transients.
