GALI-51F+ (RoHS compliant) is a wideband amplifier offering high dynamic range, featuring SnAgNi lead finish. It provides consistent lot-to-lot performance in an SOT-89 package. The device employs a patented transient-protected Darlington configuration and is fabricated using InGaP HBT technology. At a case temperature of 85°C, the expected mean time to failure is 15,000 years. The GALI-51F+ is ruggedized to withstand ESD and power turn-on transients.
