BLM9D1920-08AMZ is a 2-stage 8 W fully integrated Doherty MMIC solution built on Ampleon's advanced GEN9 LDMOS technology. The device integrates the carrier and peaking amplifiers, input splitter, and output combiner into a single package. This multiband device is ideally suited for operation in the 1880 MHz to 2025 MHz frequency range. Available in LGA package form factor.
