BLM9D3740-16AM is a 3-stage 16W fully integrated Doherty MMIC solution utilizing Ampleon's advanced GEN9 LDMOS technology. The carrier and peaking devices, input splitter, and output combiner are all integrated within a single package. This multiband device is ideally suited for operation in the 3700 MHz to 4000 MHz frequency range. Available in LGA package.
