Introduction
SKY66185-11 is a high-linearity power amplifier featuring fully matched input/output and high gain. This compact 5×5 mm PA is designed for frequency division duplex 3G/4G LTE small cell base stations operating in the 851 to 894 MHz band. It integrates an active bias circuit to compensate for PA performance variations due to temperature, voltage, and process changes, along with an internal coupler for power monitoring. Requiring minimal external components, the SKY66185-11 is part of a high-linearity, pin-compatible PA family supporting all 3GPP bands.
