Output matching components are integrated on-chip, requiring minimal external input matching components. The device is optimized for operation in the 1559 to 1606 MHz frequency range, making it ideal for GNSS radio receiver applications. SKY65624-682LF is fabricated using advanced SiGe BiCMOS technology and is packaged in a 0.8×0.8 mm QFN package using SMT, achieving high manufacturability and a low-cost solution.
