Introduction

PMA3-24323LN+ is a wideband, low-noise MMIC amplifier based on pHEMT technology, offering high dynamic range and low noise figure across an extremely wide bandwidth, making it well-suited for a variety of transmit and receive applications. This amplifier delivers competitive performance with a focus on Ka-band communication applications. As a 50Ω matched amplifier, no external matching is required. The PMA3-24323LN+ is ideal as a second-stage amplifier on the receive side without degrading the overall system noise floor, or as a low-noise pre-driver or driver on the transmit side. The design operates from a single +5V positive supply and is housed in a compact plastic package (3×3×0.89mm), suitable for high-density PCB layouts.
