Introduction
The A61 RF amplifier uses a discrete hybrid design with thin-film manufacturing processes to achieve precise performance and high reliability. This single-stage GaAs FET feedback amplifier design delivers excellent performance characteristics across a wide frequency band. RF chokes are used for DC power supply decoupling. Both TO-8 and surface-mount packages are hermetically sealed, with environmental screening available.
