Introduction
This RF amplifier features a discrete hybrid design utilizing thin-film manufacturing processes for precise performance and high reliability. Its two-stage silicon bipolar feedback amplifier design delivers excellent performance across a wide frequency band. Isolation transformers are employed in the feedback loop, providing the advantage of high reverse isolation. Both TO-8 and surface-mount packages are hermetically sealed and available with environmental screening.
