Introduction

MAAM28000-A1 is a wideband monolithic microwave integrated circuit amplifier in a compact, lead-free, 8-pin ceramic package. It incorporates two distributed gain stages to achieve flat gain and excellent 50-ohm input and output impedance matching over an extremely wide bandwidth. The device operates from a single +10V supply, is fully monolithic with no external components required, and comes in a low-cost, user-friendly microwave package. The MAAM28000-A1 is fabricated internally using a reliable 0.5-micron GaAs MESFET process. The product undergoes 100% RF testing to ensure compliance with performance specifications.
