Introduction

MAAM37000-A1 is a broadband, low-noise MMIC amplifier housed in a compact 8-lead leadless ceramic package. It integrates two gain stages with series inductive feedback to achieve excellent noise figure and well-matched 50 Ω input/output impedance across the entire operating band. The amplifier operates from a single +4 V supply, is fully monolithic with no external components required, and features a user-friendly microwave package. MAAM37000-A1 is fabricated using a proven 0.5-micron GaAs MESFET process and is 100% RF tested to ensure compliance with performance specifications.
