Introduction
The MAAM71200 is a wideband low-noise MMIC amplifier. It incorporates two integrated gain stages with series inductive feedback to achieve excellent noise figure and good 50Ω input/output impedance matching across the entire band. The MAAM71200 operates from a single +4V supply. The die is fabricated in-house using a reliable 0.5-micron GaAs MESFET process. The product undergoes 100% RF testing to ensure compliance with performance specifications.
