Introduction

MAAP-011327-DIE is a 1W distributed power amplifier die. This power amplifier operates over a frequency range of 0.001 ~ 22 GHz, providing 14 dB linear gain and 32 dBm saturated output power. The device is fully matched across the entire frequency band and incorporates a temperature-compensated output power detector. The MAAP-011327-DIE can be used as a power amplifier stage or as a driver stage in higher power applications. Fabricated using GaAs pHEMT process technology with full passivation for enhanced reliability. All data was obtained with the die connected to the RFIN and RFOUT/VDD ports via two bond wires of minimum length 0.31 mm.
