MAPC-A1101 is a high-power SiC-based GaN HEMT depletion-mode amplifier designed for DC to 3.5 GHz operation. The device supports both CW and pulsed operation, delivering a minimum output power of 85 W (49.3 dBm) in an air-cavity ceramic package.
