Introduction
MAPC-A1501 is a high-power SiC-based GaN HEMT depletion-mode amplifier designed for operation in the 960~1215MHz frequency range. The device supports pulsed operation, delivering 1300W (61.1dBm) output power at 65V and 1000W (60.0dBm) at 50V, housed in an air-cavity ceramic package.
