Introduction

The PMA3-73-1W+ is a GaAs MMIC power amplifier operating from 300 to 7500 MHz. Operating from a single +12 V supply, it delivers 20.1 dB gain, +33.5 dBm saturated output power, and an OIP3 of +37 dBm. Internally matched to 50 ohms and housed in a 3×3 mm 12-lead QFN package, it is ideal for broadband test instrumentation requiring high output power with extremely low distortion characteristics.
