Introduction

AW5017 is a low-noise amplifier that enables FM signal reception by multiplexing the GSM antenna, eliminating the need for earphones or a telescopic antenna. AW5017 integrates a one-wire programmable logic unit controlled by the EN pin, capable of controlling a 16-step tunable capacitor array to effectively enhance short antenna gain. AW5017 features low noise, high gain, and high linearity, with a typical noise figure of 1.2dB and gain of 21dB. AW5017 supports a supply voltage and enable EN voltage range of 1.5V to 3.6V, with typical values of 1.8/2.8V. AW5017 integrates an RF switch on-chip, achieving high impedance in the off state with a shutdown current of less than 0.1μA. AW5017 comes in a compact 1.5mm×1.0mm×0.55mm DFN-6L package, with a rated operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
