Introduction

The SK5160 is a high-gain, low-noise amplifier front-end module with an integrated pre-filter, designed for GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and BeiDou GNSS applications. The LNA achieves 29dB gain and 0.85dB noise figure. The device operates from a single 1.6V to 3.6V supply, drawing only 8mA of DC current. Shutdown leakage current is as low as 1uA. The SK5160 is housed in a compact 1.6mm×1.6mm LGA-6 package, minimizing PCB footprint.
