Introduction

YG401820 is a high-performance InGaP/GaAs HBT MMIC gain block amplifier in a Darlington pair configuration with an integrated active bias network. The active bias network provides stable current over temperature and process variations. The YG401820 is internally matched to 50Ω and operates from a single 5V supply under typical bias conditions, eliminating the need for a dropping resistor compared to a typical Darlington amplifier. The device is housed in an industry-standard DFN2X2-6L package with an integrated internal ESD protection cell.
