Introduction

GWQ5929A is a two-stage HBT linear power amplifier for business drone application. It works at 4900~5925 MHz. This PA can deliver 29 dBm MCS0 output power, and 24 dBm with EVM 3.5% for MCS9 with 100 M NR signal at 24 dBm output power, and power gain higher than 31 dB.
