Introduction

SK5119D is a high-gain, low-noise amplifier (LNA) designed for GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and BeiDou GNSS applications. The LNA achieves a gain of 23.7dB and a noise figure of 0.85dB at 1.575GHz. The SK5119D occupies a small PCB footprint. It operates from a single supply of 1.6V to 3.6V, consuming only 6mA of DC current. Shutdown leakage current is as low as 1μA. The SK5119D comes in a DFN1.5X1.0-6 package.
