Introduction

SKY65111-348LF is a high-performance 3-stage high-power amplifier IC designed for 600–1100 MHz ISM band applications such as automatic meter reading and RFID. It integrates an analog power control voltage to achieve the desired output power level. The IC is fabricated using advanced InGaP HBT process technology and housed in a thermally enhanced ultra-small micro-leadframe package.
