ERA-2+ (RoHS compliant) is a wideband amplifier offering high dynamic range. Performance is repeatable from lot to lot. The device is housed in a Micro-X package. ERA-2+ employs a Darlington configuration and is fabricated using InGaP HBT technology. The estimated mean time between failures is 9100 years at a case temperature of 85°C.
