Introduction

MNA-5W+ is a wideband PHEMT-based MMIC amplifier with high active directivity. The device integrates the entire matching network and most biasing circuitry within the package, minimizing the need for complex external circuitry. This design makes the MNA amplifier exceptionally easy to use. It operates from a single 2.8 to 5V supply, is well-matched to 50Ω, and comes in a compact, low-profile 3×3mm 8-pin MCLP package suitable for dense board layouts.
