Introduction

Gali-5F+ (RoHS compliant) is a wideband amplifier offering high dynamic range. It provides repeatable performance from lot to lot and is packaged in a SOT-89 package. It employs a patented transient-protected Darlington configuration and is manufactured using InGaP HBT technology. The predicted mean time between failures is 8000 years at a case temperature of 85℃. The Gali-5F+ is designed to withstand ESD and power-on transients.
