Introduction

AW5007A is a low-noise amplifier that enables FM signal reception by multiplexing the GSM antenna, eliminating the need for headphones or a telescopic antenna. AW5007A features low noise, high gain, and high linearity, with a typical noise figure of 1.2dB and gain of 21dB. AW5007A supports a supply voltage range of 2.6V~3.6V with a typical value of 2.8V, and the EN pin supports GPIO input at 2.8V/1.8V. AW5007A integrates an RF switch on-chip, achieving high impedance in the off state with a shutdown current of less than 0.1μA. AW5007A adopts a compact 2.2mm×2.2mm×1mm SOT363-6L package with a rated operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
