Introduction

SKYA21051 is an automotive ultra-wideband LNA featuring excellent gain flatness and outstanding linearity. This LNA, housed in a 2×2mm, 8-pin dual flat no-lead package, is designed for FDD and TDD 2G/3G/4G LTE small cell base stations operating from 200 to 6000MHz. An internal active bias circuit ensures stable performance across temperature and process variations. The device supports external supply current adjustment. The functional block diagram is shown in Figure 1. The pin configuration and package are shown in Figure 2. Table 1 provides signal pin assignments and functional pin descriptions.
