The PMA2-153LN+ is a wideband, low-noise, gain-flat MMIC amplifier based on PHEMT (Enhancement-mode Pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor) technology. It combines low noise figure, high IP3, and wideband flat gain, making it ideal for receiver applications requiring high sensitivity and dynamic range. The design operates from a single +5V or +6V supply, provides good 50Ω matching, and is housed in a compact 2×2mm, 8-lead MCLP package suitable for high-density PCB layouts.
