Introduction
Mini-Circuits PMA-545+ is an E-PHEMT-based ultra-low noise MMIC amplifier operating from 50 MHz to 6 GHz, combining low noise and high IP3 in a unique way, making it ideal for sensitive receiver applications. The design operates from a single 3V supply and is internally matched to 50 ohms. The PMA-545+ is a high dynamic range, low noise, high IP3, high output power monolithic amplifier. E-PHEMT technology enables operation from a single positive supply voltage with unconditional stability across the operating frequency range.
