Introduction

The TRF1208 is an ultra-high-performance RF amplifier optimized for RF applications. It is ideal for AC-coupled applications requiring single-ended to differential conversion when driving high-performance ADCs. On-chip matching components simplify PCB implementation and deliver maximum performance across the available bandwidth. The device is fabricated using an advanced complementary BiCMOS process and housed in a space-saving WQFN-FCRLF package. It operates from a single-supply rail and draws approximately 138 mA of active current. A power-down feature further contributes to power savings.
