Introduction

PMA2-162LNA+ is an E-pHEMT amplifier operating from 700 to 1600 MHz. It features a typical noise figure as low as 0.5 dB, gain of 22.7 dB, OIP3 of +30 dBm, P1dB of +20 dBm, and typical return loss of 18 dB at +4V and 55mA DC supply. Gain is adjustable from 19.7 dB to 23.5 dB. The amplifier comes in an industry-standard 2x2mm SMT package with RF ports internally matched to 50Ω for easy integration into microwave system PCBs.
