Introduction

The µPC277 and µPC393 are dual comparators designed specifically for single-supply operation. Key features include low-voltage operation, a common-mode input voltage range starting from the V− (ground) level, open-collector outputs, and low current consumption. These devices also support dual-supply operation and are widely used in various voltage comparison applications. Based on application requirements and operating temperature range, the µPC277 is designed for the communications industry, while the µPC393 is intended for general-purpose use. Compatible DC parameter options for the comparators are also available. In addition to this series, quad comparators µPC177 and µPC339 with identical circuit configurations are also offered.
